Hourly Base Salary Based on Experience

Evenings Off

- Office Support: Provide general administrative support, including answering phone calls, managing emails, and handling correspondence..

- Data Entry: Input and update information in databases, ensuring data integrity.

- Customer Service: Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing excellent customer service.

-Customer Support: Assist clients with filing claims, making payments, & getting insurance cards. Assist banks and lenders with declaration pages and updating the insurance policy with their information on the policy.

-Customer Excellence: Calling customers to wish them a Happy Birthday, remind them that their payment is due, & answering their general questions.

-Professional Dress - Business Casual

- Organization Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.

- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

- Technology Proficiency: Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe, DocuSign.

Full Time - Office Position - Monday thru Friday 9AM-5PM - $15/HR - 80 Hours of PTO (earn 8 Hours per month for the first 10 months, then receive all 80 hours up front for the next year at your 1 Year Anniversary.) - 72 Hours of Paid Holidays for 9 Days Off (New Years Day, MLK Jr, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, & Christmas Day). No Saturdays, Weekends, or Evenings.
