Talent Acquisition Coordinator Role summary: The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will play a key role in driving our recruiting efforts by partnering closely with the Director of Talent Acquisition to attract and engage top corporate talent, especially within our recruiting and business development teams. This individual will proactively source candidates, conduct cold outreach, manage interview scheduling, and support smooth end-to-end interview processes. The ideal candidate is relationship driven, highly organized, comfortable juggling multiple priorities, and skilled at collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. Responsibilities:
- Build successful channels for attracting, assessing, and selecting the highest quality candidates in an efficient manner.
- Manage the daily communication, candidate flow, interview schedule, offers, and pre-employment communication with prospective candidates.
- Source and engage with passive candidates through cold calls, emails, direct messages etc.
- Build rapport and foster communication with the Director of Talent Acquisition and hiring managers.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 1-3 years of experience within recruitment; Including successful networking, scheduling, sourcing, identifying talent.
- Experience with Bullhorn or similar applicant tracking system preferred.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and people skills.
- Able to prioritize and stay organized with multiple projects.
- Proactive approach and the ability to act quickly and efficiently.
- Self-motivated with a competitive mindset.
- Strong knowledge of outreach methods.
- Integrity and confidentiality.

- This role will be working out of out HQ office located in El Segundo, CA. The base salary for this role is based on experience with a range from $65,000 to $70,000.
