Responsibilities

• Lead and manage strategic projects and company objectives as assigned by management.
• Coordinate activities between departments to ensure projects remain on schedule and within scope.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and accountability measures.
• Facilitate meetings and communicate project status to management and stakeholders.
• Track project progress and identify obstacles that may impact completion.
• Work with department leaders and employees to ensure assigned action items are completed.
• Assist in developing and documenting processes and standard operating procedures.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency.
• Maintain project documentation and provide periodic progress reports.
• Analyze workflows and recommend solutions to improve performance and productivity.
• Coordinate implementation of new systems, procedures, and business initiatives.
• Assist with company-wide objectives, quality initiatives, and continuous improvement programs.
• Work closely with outside vendors, consultants, and internal teams as required.
• Ensure project deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
• Support management with research, analysis, and special assignments.
• Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum three years' experience in project management, operations, or business process improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to work effectively without close supervision.
• Ability to influence and coordinate others without direct authority.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software systems.
• Experience with ERP systems and CRM software preferred.
• Ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines.
• Display a positive, professional outlook on all projects.
• Ability to facilitate meetings and communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
• Team player with a collaborative approach.
• Experience with manufacturing environments and continuous improvement initiatives is a significant plus.
• Experience with ISO procedures, documentation, SOPs, and process development is a significant plus.
