We are seeking a Commercial Loan Administrator for the Round Rock location of an award-winning business! Come work for a locally owned banking company that is all about community, inside and outside the workplace.

Pay rate: $20.00-$30.00/hour, depending on experience


Work schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday


What will you do:


• Review all loan packages including proper approval authority, promissory notes, security instruments, loan agreements, etc.


• Provide customer service, including changes of addresses, research, and routine inquiries


• Provide loan payoff quotes


• Order documents such as title commitments, UCC searches, environmental reports, etc.


• Reviewing customer loan files for appropriate customer verification as required by law and bank policy


• Complete required BSA/AML training and adhere to requirements


• Report any suspicious activity, large currency transactions, or abnormal loan activity on high-risk customers


• Coordinate loan closings with attorneys, borrowers, and lenders, including closing loans when necessary


• Prepare loan package for submission to Doc Prep if not required


• Assist lenders with past due calls and letters, as well as exceptions and letters


• Coordinate advanced requests for construction loans by ordering inspections


• Process advances on construction loans


• Prepare/Organize closed loan packages for processing


• Obtain Credit Reports and OFAC Check as requested


• Create periodic queries from loan core system as requested


• Scan and index loan packages


• Track collateral exceptions on new or renewed loans and load to collateral tracking system for review and indexing


• Monitor collateral insurance, including general liability, hazard, and flood insurance to ensure that all collateral is adequately covered


• Monitor exception reports to clear exceptions in a timely manner


• Process loan payments, transfers, etc. through TXS


• Processing outgoing loan related wire transfers


• What we're looking for:


• At least 12 months' branch banking experience is highly preferred


• General knowledge of branch banking operations is preferred


• Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred


• At least 12 months' commercial lending experience including processing, closing, perfecting lines, etc. is required


• Ability to provide a warm, friendly, pleasant experience for customers


• Able to deal effectively with customer and visitor inquiries in a friendly manner


• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities


• Must demonstrate high degree of professionalism
