Retail Marketing Manager

Supporting retail locations remotely from Ohio, the full-time Retail Marketing Manager will drive store traffic, increase brand awareness, and create connections with customers through marketing campaigns, promotions, and community events. Key responsibilities Drive local marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement Collaborate with Market Directors and General Managers to execute promotions and sales-driving campaigns Create and manage content for local social media channels and customer communications Required qualifications Experience in retail, field, or brand marketing with a customer-first mindset Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities Creative thinker with experience in content creation and community engagement Ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams and local partners Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with METRC and the cannabis industry is a plus
