Work Environment\n

This remote position allows you the flexibility to provide care from the comfort of your own location while engaging with a dynamic team of mental health experts. Regular working hours are from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, with occasional evening and weekend hours to accommodate client appointments as needed. You will have access to our virtual systems to manage your caseload and collaborate with team members smoothly.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to develop detailed and individualized treatment plans, implementing evidence-based therapeutic practices.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant interventions to address the needs of each client.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all regulatory standards.

• Engage in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to create cohesive treatment strategies.

Qualifications\n
