Overview:
Ōnin Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Bilingual Office Assistant to support a busy home health office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping others, and is fluent in both English and Spanish
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally
- Confirm and reschedule patient appointments (50+ calls/day)
- Maintain accurate call logs and scheduling records
- Send email notifications to staff regarding appointment changes
- Perform data entry and maintain organized patient files
- Support office operations
- Provide exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish
Skills and Experience:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) – required
- 1–2 years of office or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Computer Systems
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Experience in healthcare or staffing is a plus
