Staff User Researcher

Defining and owning the research practice for Platform, the full-time Staff User Researcher will set the vision and strategy for understanding customer insights, conducting various research methods, and driving design improvements in a remote-first environment. Key responsibilities: Establish and manage the research vision and strategy for the Platform team, connecting customer insights to product decisions Lead the internal CSAT program, designing surveys and analyzing results to improve user experience with Platform tools Conduct generative and evaluative research with cross-functional teams to address complex research problems and enhance design deliverables Required qualifications: 10+ years of experience in user research and product design, particularly for complex technical products Proven ability to influence product direction through research-driven insights and effective presentations Expertise in design and prototyping tools, such as Figma, with a focus on high-quality deliverables Strong knowledge of qualitative research methods and a track record of building impactful research practices Experience in utilizing generative AI responsibly to enhance workflow efficiency and quality
