Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to gain a clear understanding of clients' unique mental health challenges and tailor effective treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, and family systems approaches to support personal growth and emotional well-being.

• Collaboratively establish therapeutic goals with clients, ensuring their input is central to the treatment process while tracking progress and making adjustments as necessary.

• Offer teletherapy solutions to clients who may face barriers to in-person visits, ensuring continuity of care and accessibility.

• Maintain precise documentation in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies, using electronic health record systems to track client progress and interventions.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of Massachusetts or eligibility for licensure.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience. Our benefits package includes:
