Job Location: UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion, Aurora, Colorado, USA. Department: (unspecified) Work Schedule: Full Time, 72.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks). Shift: Day and Night Rotation. The role is onsite only; no hybrid or remote option is available. Pay: $35.29 – $54.71 per hour, based on relevant experience. Responsibilities Provide top‑of‑scope practice in direct patient care using the nursing process. Value a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes. Prioritize patient wellness, perspective, and evidence‑based practice. Model proficiency by precepting new nursing staff or UCHealth‑related personnel. Welcome new knowledge in a fast‑paced, innovative clinical environment. Contribute to safety and quality at the point of care. Minimum Qualifications Graduate of an accredited or state board‑approved registered/professional nursing program if less than 3 years of experience. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification and any other relevant life‑support certification as required at this position level. 6 months of nursing (RN) experience. Valid BLS card through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross; CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in‑hand before start date. Card must remain valid for at least 60 days after hire. Clinical Context Direct care includes specialty Acute Care (Med‑Surg) units of moderate to high patient acuity.
