Associate Consultant

To cultivate and grow relationships with clients' consumers, the part-time Associate Consultant, Client Services will earn trust, advocate for member needs, and develop audience expertise while working remotely in a collaborative environment. Key responsibilities Build relationships with consumers to enhance understanding of their feedback and opinions Represent the consumer voice internally and assist in developing compelling member communications Track and analyze community participation to optimize engagement and vibrancy Required qualifications Prior internship or related experience is a plus Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data Versatile communication skills, adaptable to various individuals and situations Familiarity with tools and applications such as reporting software, social media, and Excel Knowledge of marketing research or online data collection is a plus
