We are looking for a friendly, welcoming receptionist/concierge to join our team! As the receptionist/concierge for a day spa, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking. Responsibilities
- Greet guests as they arrive
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Assist with maintaining a clean and inviting environment
- Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services
- Two or more years of customer service experience is preferred
- Previous experience in a luxury setting preferred
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Familiar with computers and scheduling software
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
