ADA Accommodations Supervisor

Our client is seeking a full-time ADA Accommodations Supervisor to join their team. In this position, you will monitor service responsiveness and quality, ensuring policies are upheld and team goals are achieved.

Job Title: ADA Accommodations Supervisor

Location: Charlotte, NC

Base Salary Range: $70,000 to $75,000 per year

What's the Job?

• Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and Tier 2 support to Accommodation Coordinators
• Manage low- and mid-level claims, as well as escalated cases, delivering full lifecycle case management including implementation, monitoring accommodation changes, and ongoing follow-up within the accommodations system
• Review and interpret medical documentation to assess eligibility under ADA, applicable state laws, and internal organizational requirements
• Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders, including HR Business Partners, healthcare providers, vendors, Employment Law, Compliance, and Accessibility teams
• Proactively escalate issues when necessary to ensure a positive employee experience while remaining actively involved in driving resolution

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience)
• 5+ years of Human Resources experience, preferably in an operations environment specifically focused on ADA accommodations
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills, with the ability to manage workload in a fast-paced setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); working knowledge of Oracle preferred, along with expertise in FMLA, STD, and leave administration
• Demonstrated leadership experience, effective communication skills, ability to maintain confidentiality, and experience managing teams, vendors, or projects (PHR certification or continuous improvement experience a plus)
