Position Details

This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option.

Responsibilities

Registers and checks in patients, minimizing wait times and providing a welcoming experience in a professional manner.

Communicates effectively to support smooth operations, including scheduling, check-ins, departures, and follow-up coordination.

Collects required payments or routes patients to financial counselors; verifies insurance eligibility and accurately enters all demographic and billing information.

Performs administrative tasks such as managing communications, prioritizing workflow, and coordinating with providers; reviews schedules and calendars to maintain efficient operations.

Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
