• Schedule: 5–6 shifts/month, 24-hour shifts (7 AM – 7 AM)
• Shift: 24 hours, including weekends and holidays (with premium pay)
• Hours/week: 120–144 hours (based on shifts)
• Employment Type: Direct-hire / Full-time
• License/Certifications: Current Medical License in California, Board Certified in OB-GYN, BLS, ACLS, DEA
• Experience: 1–5 years preferred, must have delivery experience

What You'll Do

• Provide expert inpatient obstetrical care during 24-hour shifts in a busy hospital setting
• Manage approximately 13–14 deliveries per shift, with a mix of vaginal and C-section deliveries
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including neonatology, nursing, and social services
• Document patient care using EPIC electronic medical records
• Perform rounds, outpatient visits, and follow-up care in a supportive environment
• Deliver quality care in a Level 2 NICU setting and support maternal and fetal health
• Participate in holiday coverage with appropriate pay premiums

What You Need

• Valid California Medical License or actively in process
• Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Current BLS, ACLS, and DEA licenses
• Minimum 1 year of obstetrics practice, delivery experience essential
• Ability to work 24-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Must have COVID-19 vaccination compliance
