• Pay Rate: $25/hour
• Duration: 46 month contract
• Location: Center City Philadelphia (onsite)
• Start Date: Late September / Early October Start date

Job Description:

• Assist with payroll processing for employees on a regular schedule
• Perform accurate data entry related to employee pay, timekeeping, and records
• Support HR team with administrative tasks and employee documentation
• Help maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with internal policies
• Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll and HR processes
• Provide general support across HR functions as needed

Job Requirements:

• 23 years of experience in HR support, payroll processing, or a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Basic understanding of payroll systems and HR processes
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
