Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers engaging with our company in person and over the phone. You will work closely within a small team, providing exceptional support through effective communication and timely order processing. This role requires flexibility to adapt to rotating shifts while maintaining a high level of professionalism and problem resolution.

Responsibilities
Provide customer support through in-person and phone interactions
Process orders accurately and efficiently
Communicate clearly and promptly with customers and team members
Handle customer complaints by identifying issues and resolving them effectively

Preferred Qualifications
1+ years experience in customer service
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong communication skills
Excellent problem-solving ability
Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
Effective time management skills
