As a member of our Field recruiting team, you will be responsible for the full life cycle recruitment of talent for management positions in our stores across the country. The Recruiter position is part of our Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise. This remote based position will support the in-house execution of external searches for management positions in all of our store brands as well as select District and Regional positions.The Recruiter is responsible for the research, identification, engagement and qualification of talent leads. They will create targeted sourcing strategies and plans to support specific searches as well as pipeline searches for positions in locations across the country. She/he will utilize in-house tools (ATS), networks, social media, research methods, cold-calling, and talent mapping to source passive candidates. Through competitive intelligence gathering, will maintain on-going knowledge of retail and business function landscape.
