AddSecure is a leading European provider of secure IoT solutions and critical communications. We support electronic security players with reliable, innovative, and regulatory-compliant alarm transmission solutions.

As part of the development of our commercial activities in France, we are looking for an Account Manager to strengthen our presence in the market.

Your Mission

Attached to the Commercial Direction, you are responsible for the development and management of a portfolio of clients (installers, integrators, telesurveillance centers, strategic partners).

You contribute actively to the growth of the turnover and the consolidation of AddSecure's position in the French market.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of existing accounts
• Identify and conquer new clients in your sector
• Promote all AddSecure alarm transmission solutions and services
• Elaborate and negotiate commercial offers in respect of the pricing strategy
• Ensure regular follow-up of clients and ensure their satisfaction
• Participate in professional fairs and events of the sector
• Realize regular commercial reporting to the management
• Collaborate closely with technical and support teams to guarantee the quality of deployments

Profile Sought

We are looking for a structured, result-oriented commercial development professional with an excellent sense of relationships.

Required Qualifications

• Higher education in commerce, management, or equivalent
• Proven experience (minimum 3 to 5 years) in B2B sales
• Experience in the field of electronic security, telecommunications, or B2B technical solutions is highly appreciated
• Good understanding of technical environments (IP networks, connectivity, IoT solutions)
• Ability to manage complex sales cycles
• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)
• Driving license B required (regular travel)
