Strategic Project Lead for AI Data Operations [Remote]

As a Strategic Project Lead (SPL), you will serve as the primary point of contact for our top AI Labs customers, managing a team of skilled domain experts to train frontier AI models. Your role is crucial in ensuring the highest standards in data integrity, scalability, and quality while overseeing the design and execution of workflows that structure, optimize, and manage large-scale data pipelines. Key Responsibilities

• Own the project end-to-end, ensuring top AI Lab clients are extremely satisfied.
• Manage data pipelines to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Lead a team of human data managers and oversee the tasks of experts.
• Communicate directly with top AI Labs on large-scale projects.
• Collaborate with human data engineers to define and manage KPIs.
• Provide executive-level insights and updates on key projects, data performance, and operational impact.
• Report directly to the CEO and Head of Human Data.

• Exceptional soft skills and the ability to work long hours, including weekends.
• A startup and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong background in data operations, engineering, or computer science.
• At least 2 years in a leadership role, managing large-scale data projects or optimizing workflows.
• Passion for building from the ground up, identifying inefficiencies, and executing solutions rapidly.

Full-time position with remote work flexibility.

The national pay range for this position is $300, 000, $500, 000 per year. All employees are eligible for equity compensation and may receive performance-based bonuses, subject to company policies.
