Primarily on-site for attorneys building experience, with increasing hybrid or remote flexibility available for more experienced, self-sufficient attorneys. Note: Applicants must be licensed to practice law in New Jersey and have at least 2+ years of plaintiff or defense employment litigation experience. Job Description Represent employees in employment litigation matters from initial consultation through resolution. Evaluate potential claims and develop litigation strategies. Draft complaints, motions, demand letters, discovery, settlement agreements, and other legal documents. Conduct legal research and analyze complex employment law issues. Manage discovery, depositions, negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and litigation proceedings. Counsel clients regarding their legal rights and strategic options. Negotiate favorable settlements while preparing cases for litigation when necessary. Collaborate with attorneys and staff to achieve outstanding client outcomes. Stay current on developments in employment law and litigation strategy. Qualifications Active New Jersey Bar license. 2+ years of employment litigation experience. Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Excellent negotiation and courtroom advocacy abilities. Experience managing litigation matters with minimal supervision. Outstanding communication and client relationship skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Plaintiff-side employment law experience is preferred but not required.
