Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions using a range of modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and group therapy sessions, adjusting approaches as needed to best support each client's journey.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure clients receive holistic and comprehensive care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, depending on caseload and experience.
