Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, crafting individualized therapy plans based on these evaluations.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to diverse groups—this includes therapy for individuals, couples, and families, employing methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short therapy.

• Engage with interdisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to client care, which may involve coordinating with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.

• Document all interactions and maintain accurate client records according to regulatory standards, while utilizing our billing and documentation systems to minimize administrative burdens.

• Advocate for clients, helping them navigate various community resources to improve their overall mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve individuals and families from diverse backgrounds who may have limited access to mental health care. The client population includes but is not limited to, those facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relationship issues. Your role will be instrumental in empowering these clients to achieve positive mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting, with proficiency in conducting therapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year based on experience and caseload. In addition, you will benefit from:
