Seeking a DPT or Physical Therapist to cover at-home therapy services in Pompano Beach Highlands, Pompano Beach, FL 33064, USA to provide eval/treatment in an Home setting:

$110/Evaluation - Miami Beach, FL- (DPT,PT,RPT)- Home setting

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Evaluates and treats patients in a Home Setting
• Communicates with families, physicians, and other health care professions
• Maintains daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR
• All remedies are as allowed by state licensure boards and practice acts.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral/Masters/Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy ,
• Education and/or Experience: New graduate applicants welcome + Experienced Therapists
• Actively Licensed as a FL Physical Therapist.
• 2+ year experience with Wound Care
