This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with advanced Excel skills and financial experience to join a professional environment in Pasadena. The client is looking to hire immediately for this onsite position. Responsibilities Utilize advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and Vlookups, to manage accounting tasks. Handle financial tasks with accounts payable and receivable efficiently. Work in a professional environment, adhering to company standards and procedures. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the accounting department. Provide support in other accounting functions as required. Qualifications Advanced proficiency in Excel, with the ability to take an Excel assessment. Experience with accounts payable and receivable is required. Ability to work in a fast-paced, professional environment. Commitment to a long-term temporary role, with full-time availability from Monday to Friday. Required Work Hours Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM Benefits This is an ongoing temporary role offering competitive hourly pay of $22-$24. It provides an excellent opportunity to work in a professional setting and gain valuable experience in accounting.
