Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWillowbrook Ford/Kia is currently seeking to hire severalAutomotive Sales Managers to join our team!Youwill be responsible for overseeing anddeveloping a sales team to drive company revenue. Early management intervention is required. As a sales manager you are responsible for presenting and negotiating all aspects of the new or used car deal.Responsibilities:Oversee and coordinate the sales team activitiesMeet and introduce yourself to every potential customerDiscuss pricing and present and finance optionsClearly explain pricing structure and all fees and chargesFind a win-win solution that meets the customers budgetQualifications:Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fieldExperience as asupervisor or managerFamiliarity with CRM platformsStrong leadership qualitiesAbility to build rapport with clientsAbility to appraise cars is preferred but not requiredMust be able to lead and train a sales team
