Rheumatology Territory Business Manager, Northern New Jersey

argenx seeks a Territory Business Manager for the Newark, Paterson, and Staten Island region to drive demand generation and build relationships with healthcare professionals and specialty providers in rheumatology. The role combines strategic territory planning, customer engagement, and sales execution to improve patient access and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography to engage key stakeholders and support business objectives
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans leveraging customer, market, and business insights
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, specialty pharmacy partners, and infusion providers
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales objectives while maintaining integrity and compliance standards
• Submit account plans, customer interactions, and CRM activity accurately and on time

Requirements

• 5+ years specialty, rare disease, or biologics sales experience
• Significant demonstrated rheumatology sales experience strongly preferred
• Proven track record of consistent high sales performance
• Experience developing and executing territory and account strategies
• Understanding of market access dynamics, specialty pharmacy, and buy-and-bill environments
• Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.)
• Residency within assigned Newark, Paterson, NJ or Staten Island, NY territory

Compensation: $140,000–$192,500 base salary
