Job Description
Title : Rehabilitation - Physical Therapy

Schedule : Days, 8 hours per shift

Assignment Details :
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week
- Contract Length: 13 weeks

Roles & Responsibilities :
- Plan and conduct segments of treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions.
- Serve as a co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient groups.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to establish treatment objectives.
- Monitor and document patient progress regularly to adjust care plans as needed.
- Educate patients and their families about the treatment process and strategies for continued improvement.
- Maintain compliance with departmental objectives and standards.
