THE WORK
Run your own family law docket from day one
Primary focus on custody and child-related matters: SAPCRs, modifications, enforcement, high-conflict custody. Divorce and post-decree work in the mix.
We are a trial firm, not a settlement shop. Take cases through final orders.
Multiple board-certified paralegals on staff
Autonomy and real ownership. You drive your cases and your clients.
Room to grow into leadership as the firm scales
Visibility through the firms platform if you want to build your own profile alongside ours
THE NUMBERS
$160,000 to $185,000 base depending on experience and book
1,450 billable hour requirement
Quarterly performance bonus, plus referral, conversion, and origination bonus opportunities

Unlimited PTO after a 90-day probation period, plus firm holidays

CLE reimbursement plus lodging for Advanced Family Law in San Antonio

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
5 to 8 years actively practicing Texas family law
Trial experience, including cases youve taken through final orders
Custody work is what we do most. You need to want this work, not just tolerate it.
Genuine care for clients, most of whom are mothers navigating one of the hardest moments of their lives
Steadiness and client control in high-conflict cases
Bilingual Spanish a plus
