Pastiamo Osteria, a highly anticipated Italian dining concept in Washington, DC, is seeking a young-at-heart, ambitious, creative, and passionate Chef de Cuisine to lead our culinary team and bring a fresh perspective to modern Italian cuisine.
We are looking for someone with strong Italian culinary roots, a creative mindset, and the drive to make their mark in an exciting new restaurant.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years of professional kitchen experience , with a strong background in Italian cuisine.
- Experience with modern Italian cooking techniques and contemporary presentations preferred.
- A creative, energetic, and hands-on culinary professional.
- Strong leadership, organization, and kitchen management skills.
- Passion for fresh ingredients, authentic flavors, and culinary innovation.
- Ability to maintain consistency, quality, and operational efficiency.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and excitement about building something from the ground up.
