Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive individual mental health assessments and counseling services through secure video conferencing.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities and integrate solution-focused strategies to engage clients effectively.

• Develop and maintain personalized treatment plans, regularly reviewing and adjusting these plans based on client progress.

• Facilitate self-discovery for clients by encouraging insight into their thoughts, emotions, and interpersonal relationships.

• Monitor treatment outcomes and empower clients with healthy coping skills and strategies to enhance their daily functioning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will be working primarily with stable, low-acuity adults who present with various mental health concerns. Your work will significantly contribute to that population's overall well-being, helping them develop essential life skills and emotional resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current state-issued independent license to provide mental health counseling, such as LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.

• Proven ability to engage with clients compassionately while maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.

• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach to mental health care.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health counseling setting.

• Familiarity with telehealth technology and electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role comes with a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 104,000, dependent on your experience and working hours. Additionally, we offer a sign-on bonus and a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors. You can expect regular direct deposit payments on a weekly basis.
