Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
• Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff.
• Coordinate care with other disciplines while applying critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care, monitor patient status, and respond to changes in condition in a timely manner.

• Ability to work in a hospital ICU setting.
• Demonstrated critical-thinking and decision-making skills.
• Experience coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams and supervising nursing staff.
• Flexibility to work 12-hour day shifts and adapt to a fast-paced ICU environment.
