• Active licensure or eligibility as an Occupational Therapist in Michigan

• Effective communication abilities, both written and verbal
• Organizational proficiency to manage caseloads and paperwork efficiently

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify students’ strengths and areas in need of support
• Create and carry out individualized treatment plans aligned with each student’s IEP
• Deliver direct and consultative OT services within classroom and small group settings
• Provide input at IEP meetings for student goal-setting and progress updates
• Collaborate with special educators, classroom teachers, and related service providers
• Offer training and resources to staff and families on strategies and adaptations
• Maintain clear, accurate documentation of student progress and interventions
