About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Growth to lead the charge in optimizing and accelerating the consumer journey across its diverse portfolio of brands. The successful candidate will be responsible for high-velocity production of all growth assets, including emails, landing pages, checkout flows, and upsell sequences, with a focus on unblocking the pipeline to ensure a daily shipping cadence. This role demands a leader with a proven track record in driving conversion rate optimization, particularly in full-funnel A/B testing, and a deep technical proficiency in tools such as Braze, CMS platforms, and product analytics. The VP of Growth will also be tasked with developing a standardized growth playbook for portfolio scaling and will be expected to have an advanced understanding of unit economics, including LTV, CAC, and RPU. Applicants for the VP of Growth position at the company should have a background of at least 8 years in growth, e-commerce, or digital marketing within a B2C SaaS or subscription model, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role. The ideal candidate will be a technical leader, capable of building a culture of sprint-based experimentation and comfortable with both the creative and technical aspects of the role. A key focus of the role is on lifecycle and email mastery, with an emphasis on driving retention and LTV through sophisticated, triggered behavioral programs and segmentation. The company is looking for a strategic and data-driven leader who can take the release cadence to a new level and is ready to make a significant impact on a high-growth, global technology platform.
