About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Growth and Development to lead its ambitious revenue expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive, multi-year fundraising strategy that aligns with the organization's mission and growth goals. This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in senior fundraising, including the ability to secure major corporate partnerships and individual gifts. The Vice President will be tasked with driving network expansion, establishing a unified approach across various fundraising verticals, and leading a high-performing team to meet and exceed revenue targets. Strategic and financial acumen, as well as exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, are essential for this position. Applicants for the Vice President of Growth and Development role at the company should have at least 15 years' experience in senior fundraising, with a strong background in corporate partnerships and business development. The ideal candidate will have a data-driven mindset, be adept at translating insights into strategy, and have a deep understanding of nonprofit compliance and governance. The role demands a results-driven, strategic thinker with high integrity and emotional intelligence, capable of leading a team and fostering a culture of continuous professional development. Experience in social impact, corporate social responsibility, or mission-driven organizations supporting seriously ill children and their families is preferred. The position is remote and requires occasional travel, with a focus on building a diverse and inclusive team.
