Sales Retention Representative

To support a growing Retention team, the full-time Sales Retention Representative will manage inbound and outbound communications with prospective customers, resolve ARC cases, and provide an excellent customer experience while working remotely. Key responsibilities Resolve ARC (At Risk Customer) cases and manage a pipeline of customer interactions Handle inbound and primarily outbound calls to educate and re-engage with solar prospects Overcome objections and de-escalate customer concerns in a professional manner Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field, preferably in retention or sales At least six months of experience in a call center environment Proficient with email, Google Suite, and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) Bilingual ability, with Spanish as a plus Virtual Vocations Inc
