Location: Tulsa, OK 74136
Pay Range: $30 as starting range (Final pay is based on experience, specialty, and other relevant factors).
Shift : 7pm-7am /36 hrs. a week

About the Role
We are seeking passionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs)to join our Critical Care Float Pool team. As a Float Pool RN, you will deliver high-quality nursing care across multiple critical care units, supporting diverse patient needs while gaining exposure to various specialties. This is an exciting opportunity for RNs who thrive in dynamic environments and want to make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes.
- Document care accurately and in compliance with hospital standards.
- Educate patients and families, promoting health and recovery.
- Adapt quickly to different critical care settings and patient populations.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 0–6 months related experience (new grads welcome!).
- Valid Oklahoma or multistate RN license.
Education:
- Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care program.
- 0–6 months related experience (new graduates welcome).
Licenses & Certifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Valid Oklahoma or multistate RN license.
