Estamos contratando "Customer Service Representative" para empresa de seguros de salud y seguros generales en Mayagüez, PR

ACTIVIDADES:

• Atender, asistir y orientar a los clientes que visitan o llaman para gestionar solicitudes relacionadas con sus productos, cubierta de salud y otras pólizas.

• Tramitar las gestiones necesarias para completar las solicitudes de los clientes, tales como pagos, mantenimiento de cuentas, suscripciones, reembolsos, reclamaciones, cartas, certificaciones, activaciones, cancelaciones, servicios de farmacia, quejas y querellas.

HORARIO:
Lunes a Viernes / 8am-5pm / Posibilidad de trabajar overtime y sábados durante AEP 

SALARIO: $12.00 P/H

REQUISITOS:
•Experiencia previa preferentemente en entornos de servicio al cliente
•Grado Asociado en Administración de Empresas, Mercadeo o Comunicaciones, o al menos 60 créditos universitarios, con un año de experiencia en área similar |
Diploma de Escuela Superior, con un mínimo de 3 años de experiencia relacionada en área similar.
•Inglés intermedio
•Identificación oficial vigente con fotografía
•Certificado de buena conducta
