Position Overview AP Specialists are tasked to manage vendor accounts, as well as review and enter vendor invoices into Encore's computer systems. This includes identifying and resolving errors between invoices, purchase orders and receipts, to correctly reconcile the purchase to payment process in agreement with the buyers and the vendor.
