Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with clients through virtual therapy sessions, conducting individual, family, and group therapies using secure telehealth platforms.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with diverse clients facing a wide range of behavioral health issues, including anxiety, depression, family conflicts, and substance abuse. Your expertise will be vital in helping these clients navigate their challenges and achieve positive mental health outcomes. This role will also involve conducting virtual sessions with families and groups, emphasizing the importance of community and familial support in therapy.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a highly competitive salary range from USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year, reflecting your skills and experience.
