Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Implement therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy tailored to each client's needs.

• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans, establishing clear treatment goals and therapeutic interventions to foster progress.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure seamless and integrated care for all clients.

• Perform crisis interventions, conduct risk assessments, and formulate safety plans as needed to protect clients in distress.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation that adheres to ethical and legal standards, reflecting each client's journey and treatment evolution.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and support groups to enhance the therapeutic experience and promote community among clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
