Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and nurture trustful relationships with clients to create a therapeutic alliance conducive to healing.

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify mental health issues and formulate personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.

• Facilitate engaging individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based methodologies specific to the needs of your patient demographics.

• Monitor and assess patient progress regularly, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to optimize therapeutic outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with a diverse client base ranging from individuals experiencing anxiety and depression, to couples seeking to improve their relationship dynamics, as well as families navigating complex issues. You will address a broad spectrum of mental health concerns, including but not limited to trauma, grief, addiction, and co-occurring disorders. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid LMFT license to practice in Texas.

• A Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
