Intake Specialist (Remote) Minneapolis, Minnesota (Remote) RWI Law is a family law firm based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, serving clients throughout the Twin Cities region. The firm focuses on divorce, high-net-worth divorce matters, and cases involving children. RWI Law is committed to guiding clients through complex and emotional legal situations with professionalism, empathy, and clear communication. We are currently seeking a Remote Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients. This role is essential to creating a strong first impression and ensuring a smooth, supportive intake experience. Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls and respond to inquiries from potential family law clients Conduct initial intakes with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail Accurately collect and document client information Qualify leads and schedule consultations with attorneys Follow up with prospective clients and no-shows Maintain clear, compassionate communication at all times Collaborate with the legal team to ensure a smooth client onboarding process Qualifications: • Prior experience in legal intake, client services, call center work, or high-empathy sales preferred • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to handle sensitive family law matters with care and discretion • Excellent listening skills and strong attention to detail • Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks independently • Tech-savvy and able to learn CRM and intake systems • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace Compensation: $9 - $11 hourly
