POSITION SUMMARY:

The Senior Manager, Integrated Media & Search will lead the strategy, investment, execution, and optimization of paid media and organic search across Medical Nutrition brands (including Compleat, Peptamen, Alfamino, and others) and Atrium brands (including Pure Encapsulations and Klean Athlete). This role will drive measurable growth across healthcare professional and consumer audiences while advancing how our brands are discovered through traditional search engines, AI-powered search, and large language models.

The ideal candidate combines deep performance-marketing expertise with modern search leadership, analytical rigor, and strong people and agency management. This leader will partner across Brand, Medical, Legal/Regulatory, CRM, Social, eCommerce, Content, Digital Product, Sales, Analytics, and technology teams to connect investment decisions with audience needs and business outcomes.

This position will be either a remote or hybrid role based on the selected candidate’s geographic location. Strong preference for candidates located within a commutable distance to the Bridgewater, NJ headquarters, or another Nestlé entity. This position supports Nestlé Nutrition & Health.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Paid media Strategy & Execution

• Lead full-funnel paid media strategy across paid search, paid social, programmatic, display, CTV/video, audio, native, retail media, and HCP endemic platforms
• Develop differentiated media, audience, channel, and investment strategies for HCP (Health Care Professional) and consumer audiences based on business objectives and customer journeys
• Own annual planning, campaign activation, budget allocation, forecasting, agency performance, and in-flight optimization across the brand portfolio
• Connect paid media with CRM, social, influencer, eCommerce, Amazon, websites, sales enablement, launches, and event-based amplification

SEO, AIO/GEO & Digital Discovery

• Lead enterprise SEO across technical, on-page, off-page, content, local, and platform optimization for professional and consumer digital experiences
• Build the AI search and discovery roadmap, including AIO/GEO (AI Optimization & Generative Enging Optimization) strategy, structured data, schema, entity authority, answer-ready content, citation visibility, and LLM (Large Language Model) monitoring
• Partner with Content, Medical, Brand, Digital Product, IT, and agencies to improve crawlability, relevance, authority, accuracy, compliance, and discoverability

Measurement, Optimization & Leadership

• Establish measurement frameworks using analytics, attribution, incrementality, MMM/MTA (Marketing Mix Modeling/ Multi-Touch Attribution), experimentation, and executive-ready reporting to connect investment with business outcomes
• Lead audience, channel, bid, landing-page, and creative testing, including dynamic creative optimization and emerging AI-enabled media capabilities
• Lead and develop team members; manage agencies, budgets, contracts, workflows, governance, brand safety, privacy, and MLR (Medical, Language, & Regulatory) requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

• 10+ years of progressive paid media, performance marketing, SEO, digital acquisition, or integrated marketing experience across complex brands or portfolios
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, or a related field; advanced degree a plus
• Demonstrated success leading paid media and search strategies for both HCP and consumer audiences
• Direct experience with HCP audience strategy, professional media platforms, lead generation, compliance, and downstream conversion measurement
• Experience leading teams and managing agencies, large budgets, contracts, forecasting, and cross-functional programs
• Proven ability to translate data and market signals into investment decisions, optimization strategies, and measurable growth

SKILLS:

• Expertise across paid search, paid social, programmatic, CTV/video, retail media, and HCP digital channels
• Deep knowledge of technical SEO, content optimization, structured data, schema, local search, and web analytics
• Experience with AIO/GEO, AI search monitoring, LLM visibility, entity authority, and answer-engine optimization
• Proficiency with platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, DSPs, GA4, Search Console, and enterprise SEO tools
• Experience with attribution, incrementality, MMM/MTA, experimentation, dashboards, and executive reporting
• Healthcare, nutrition, wellness, CPG, or other regulated-category experience

Salary: $154,858.77 to $211,685.10 per year

The pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at top of range.
