Litigation Paralegal for Growing Firm in Midtown! job at Adams & Martin Group. New York, NY. Are you a detail-driven paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment? We're looking for a Litigation Paralegal to support our attorneys through every stage of the litigation process. If you're organized, proactive, and ready to make an impact, this role is for you. Adams & Martin Group is working with a growing California-based firm as it embarks on its New York practice. Help the firm establish itself in Midtown, and work on complex commercial, IP, and anti-trust cases within the latest innovations and industries. Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. (Occasional overtime/weekends) What You'll Do Prepare litigation documents, exhibits, and correspondence Manage calendars, schedule depositions, and coordinate trial prep Conduct legal research and assist with discovery Communicate with clients and keep cases moving forward Organize case files and maintain litigation databases Assist in eDiscovery databases and production What We're Looking For 3+ years of civil litigation paralegal experience (mid-to-large firm preferred) Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office , Lexis , and litigation support tools Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Readiness and willingness to jump in on a wide range of administrative and substantive duties to boost team productivity, especially against tight deadlines.
