Shift Hours: Monday-Friday: 1:30pm-10:00pm ($23/hr) Monday-Friday: 11:00am-8:00pm ($21/hr) What you can expect: Competitive compensation: Starting at $21-23 per hour depending on shift. We deliver on our core values: Play to win Care about people Continuously improve Do the right thing What you'll do: As a customer service representative, you'll be the voice of Bonfe: creating exceptional customer experiences using our top of the line system, allowing you to focus on meaningful interactions. Daily responsibilities include: Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in line with department KPIs. Deliver exceptional service using empathy, problem-solving, and clear communication. Advocate for both the customer and Bonfe's reputation. Collaborate with team members to achieve company and departmental goals. Participate in ongoing training and career development.
