Shift Hours:

Monday-Friday: 1:30pm-10:00pm ($23/hr)

Monday-Friday: 11:00am-8:00pm ($21/hr)

What you'll do:

As a customer service representative, you'll be the voice of Bonfe: creating exceptional customer experiences using our top of the line system, allowing you to focus on meaningful interactions.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in line with department KPIs.
• Deliver exceptional service using empathy, problem-solving, and clear communication.
• Advocate for both the customer and Bonfe's reputation.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve company and departmental goals.
• Participate in ongoing training and career development.

• Customer service experience (call center background is a plus).
