Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with clients experiencing severe mental health challenges, conducting assessments, therapy, and case management both online and in community settings.

• Create individualized treatment plans rooted in evidence-based practices, addressing clients’ unique needs, goals, and strengths.

• Coordinate integrated care by working closely with family members, healthcare providers, and community services to ensure comprehensive support for clients.

• Participate in team meetings and case reviews to discuss client progress and enhance service delivery, demonstrating collaboration to achieve shared goals.

• Implement thorough risk assessments and crisis interventions for clients in need of immediate support, ensuring safety and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) is required, with an active LCSW license to practice in Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
