HR Representative

Join our team as an HR Representative and play a key role in supporting employees and managers in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys recruiting, employee relations, onboarding, payroll support, and being a trusted resource throughout the employee lifecycle.

HR Representative - Benefits and Compensation

This is a full time hourly role $26-$29 per hour

HR Representative - Requirements & Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
Minimum of 1 year of Human Resources experience
Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and payroll functions
Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Ability to build strong relationships with employees and managers at all levels

HR Representative - Preferred Background & Skills

SHRM or HRCI certification preferred
Comfortable investigating employee concerns and supporting disciplinary processes
Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate HR records and reports
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Visible, hands-on approach with a passion for supporting employees and fostering a positive workplace culture
