Work #LikeABoschReinvent yourself: At Bosch, you will evolve.Discover new directions: At Bosch, you will find your place.Balance your life: At Bosch, your job matches your lifestyle.Celebrate success: At Bosch, we celebrate you.Be yourself: At Bosch, we value values.Shape tomorrow: At Bosch, you change lives.Job DescriptionThe Systems Engineer will actively shape the future of the electric drive for battery electric vehicles and hybrid vehicles, both for passenger cars and commercial vehicles, together with our customers around the world.Core Responsibilities:Systemic main point of contact for our internal and external customersCoordinate system functions and lead requirements analysis with international vehicle manufacturers and in interdisciplinary teams, develop requirements for power electronics, define release plans, monitor implementation and ensures implementation with suitable testsLead Commissioning activities on site at customers and bring products to life.Act as central point of contact within development project for troubleshootingPerform system analyses using the Focus area matrix, DRBFM and FMEA methodsCreate ASPICE-compliant requirement documentation in DOORS and technical customer documentationQualificationsRequired Qualifications: Bachelor's Required in field of electrical engineering, mechatronics, physics or a comparable study4+ years of development experience in the field of electric drives in customer projects with vehicle manufacturersKnowledge: You have experience in developing requirements with DOORS and broad component, software and system understanding. In Problem Solving you have substantial experience.Preferred Qualifications: Personality: You are flexible, resilient, ready to work and motivated and have a high level of assertivenessWorking method: You are self-employed, pragmatic and goal-orientedAttitude: You enjoy structuring and resolving complex tasks in collaboration with internal, external and international departmentsAdditional InformationIndefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only.
