Replicate Counseling Center is actively searching for a dedicated and skilled Senior Clinical Social Worker to join our team. • Engage in program planning and the organization of therapy services aimed at promoting optimal patient care and recovery outcomes.

• Act as a liaison between patients and physicians, ensuring that updates regarding patient progress, concerns, and challenges are effectively communicated.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation of patient interactions, including clinical assessments and progress notes in compliance with departmental standards.

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop personalized treatment plans that reflect psychosocial assessments and applicable social work interventions.

• Provide crisis intervention services, assessing patients' emotional and behavioral challenges, and implementing effective treatment solutions.
\n
• Coordinate with families and support systems to enhance client treatment and effective discharge planning post-recovery.

Our patient population primarily consists of individuals facing substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. You will work with patients who exhibit complex needs, often related to trauma, social instability, or chronic mental health issues. Your expertise will guide them through barriers that impede their recovery journey, equipping them with the tools necessary for long-term wellness.

• Must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field; a Master’s or Doctorate degree is preferred.

• Active licensure as an Independent Clinical Social Worker in the state of Washington is required.

• A minimum of three years of experience in an outpatient clinical setting, particularly with mental health focuses.
\n
• Proven ability to work independently, demonstrating strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
\n
• Exceptional command of written and spoken English, alongside proficiency in utilizing computer software, including MS Office and electronic health record systems.

• Experience in working within detox or substance abuse facilities is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Skills in crisis management and intervention strategies tailored to individual patient circumstances.
